under 16 and young people 16, 17 and 18 in full-time education
· People who need complex lenses
· People and their partner getting:
o Income Support
o Income-based Job Seekers Allowance
o Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
o People named on a valid NHS Tax Exemption Certificate
o People named on an HC2
certificate
o People named on an
HC3 certificate might also get help
Note: If
your glasses or contact lenses cost more than your voucher value,
you will have to pay the difference
