Payment of Necessary Travel Costs to Hospital for NHS Treatment:

· People attending a Genito-Urinary Medicine clinic over 15 miles from home
· War Pensions if the hospital treatment is for the pensionable disability
· People and their partner getting:
o Income Support
o Income-based Job Seekers Allowance
o Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
o People named on a valid NHS Tax Exemption Certificate
o People named on an HC2 certificate
o People named on an HC3 certificate might also get help
