Some people may be entitled to help with health costs as a result of medical or financial circumstances. We can give information on entitlement to help with:

· NHS Vouchers towards the cost of glasses or contact lenses (Click for more info)
· Payment of necessary travel costs to hospital for NHS treatment (Click for more info)
· Free NHS wig and fabric supports (Click for more info)

If you suffer from certain medical conditions (this is a limited list) you are entitled to free NHS prescriptions but you need to apply using an exemption certificate Form FP92. (Click here for a list of conditions that are exempt).

If you are on a low income you will need an HC1 Form to apply for help. (Click for more info)

Prescription Prepayment Certificates

If you pay for your prescriptions and need more than two items per month, or more than five in a four-month period, you will save money by purchasing a Prescription Prepayment Certificate.
