cannot go out without the help of another person and have an exemption
certificate
NHS in-patients
People who get prescriptions dispensed by a hospital for the treatment
of an STD
NHS out-patients if medication is taken while being treated at
the hospital
War Pensioner if the prescription is for the pensionable disability

o Pension Credit Guarantee Credit
o NHS Exemption Certificate

People named on a valid NHS Tax Exemption Certificate
People named on an HC2
certificate
